Return of goods, exchange and complaints
Complaints in case of obvious defects are filed within 14 days after the purchase of the goods. Complaints are not accepted in case of attempted damage and defects that are the result of improper use and maintenance or are caused intentionally. Complaints are not accepted when: the returned product is not labeled, does not have a good commercial appearance, must not be worn, washed, ironed, torn, be clean, without side odors (such as creams, perfumes or cigarette smoke). The consignment must be accompanied by: a goods receipt or receipt issued at the time of purchase, factory packaging and factory label. In case of cancellation of the order, the user pays for the courier service to ALEXIS.BG. The costs of returning a product related to a complaint and sending a new product are at the expense of the consumer. Replacement of goods of different sizes is carried out only when available in a warehouse in Bulgaria. Otherwise, an order of the desired size is executed and delivered within the delivery time described in the General Terms and Conditions.
The transport costs for returning the goods from the client to Alexis.bg are at the expense of the client, as the return is done through courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT. Alexis.bg refunds to the user the amount paid by him for the returned goods to the user's bank account (please leave a correct IBAN for faster service) no later than 14 working days from the date on which Alexis.bg received the shipment .
The transport costs related to delivery, replacement, return or complaint of a product purchased from ALEXIS.BG are solely at the expense of the user. All shipments sent to ALEXIS.BG at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender, unless they are individually agreed with our associate.
Returned cash on delivery items are not accepted!
You can return shipments to us with courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT.
Shipments sent to ALEXIS.BG with Bulgarian Post are not accepted.
Return of items on the spot, personally by users, to the specified address are not accepted.
We only accept shipments sent by courier.
When a consumer returns goods purchased from www.alexis.bg with courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT, the amount for the goods is refunded to the consumer's bank account after the shipment is opened and it is established that the goods meet the requirements specified in item 7.1 of the General Terms of ALEXIS.BG LTD. If the product does not meet the above, it is returned at the expense of the user to the address from which it was sent to Alexis.bg
