Orders placed in www.alexis.bg do not require confirmation by phone. You will only receive a confirmation via the e-mail you provided when filling in the order data. (Please check the spam folder on your e-mail if you have not received an email in the standard mail).

The items you have ordered are delivered by courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT to the address specified by you.

The "Test before pay" option is available for orders sended to a courier office. Orders to an adress has only "review" option. In case you take advantage of "review" option and cancel the order, you owe the courier tax fee for its return.

Orders placed are processed within 4-14 business days. The standard delivery between 1 and 3 products, but not more than 2 kg, costs between 5-7 BGN, according to the delivery option (to an office or address). The delivery costs for an order between 2 and 5 kg cost between BGN 4-9, according to the delivery option (to an office or address) and the choice of courier. The indicated prices are approximate. They concern deliveries made on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, which do not meet the conditions to be free of charge.

The receipt for the orders is issued by the courier of the courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT, upon receipt of the order. Please save the document.

Delivery costs are paid to the courier upon delivery, unless it is free. FREE DELIVERY the user receives for ONE order of more than BGN 160.00. If you have made several separate orders of a total value of more than BGN 160, your delivery is not free! We are not committed to merging orders!

The free delivery for orders from www.alexis.bg, on the territory of Bulgaria, depends on the current policy of the company.

All orders received on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday or during public holidays are processed on the first working day thereafter. After we receive a request from you that you want to buy a model, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail for the order.

Please check the correctness of the contact information carefully. In case the ordered model is not available, the customer is notified by phone or e-mail provided. Please note that payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods or in advance (by bank transfer, e-pay, paypal or credit / debit card) before delivery of the goods. The transport costs related to delivery, replacement, return or complaint of a product purchased from ALEXIS.BG are solely at the expense of the user. All shipments sent to ALEXIS.BG at our expense will be refused or returned to the sender, unless they are individually agreed with our associate.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY www.alexis.bg provides its customers with the opportunity for international orders. For deliveries on the territory of the countries of the European Union, Serbia, Macedonia, etc. see, below, the current courier rates and delivery times. International deliveries are made through the courier company DPD. For each specific inquiry, our team will conduct a study on the optimal delivery price, directly to your door, anywhere in Europe. The delivery costs will be notified to you in advance and if they suit you we will send your order. The indicated prices are in BGN with VAT included and fuel tax included.
